Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted through the support page and should come from the email address associated with the purchase whenever possible.
Online Nursing Education will review duplicate charges, accidental purchases reported promptly, and documented technical-access failures that prevent reasonable course use.
Refunds are generally not available after substantial course consumption, course completion, or certificate issuance. Any approved refund may result in access revocation, certificate review, and related record adjustments so billing and completion records remain accurate.
Requests that fall outside these baseline rules may still be reviewed individually, but exceptions are not guaranteed.
