How do I access a course after purchase?

After wallet credits are added to your account, open any live course in the catalog and redeem the matching number of credits. Lessons become available immediately and quiz access stays with your account.

When do I receive my certificate?

Certificates are issued automatically after you pass the final quiz for that course. They appear in the learner dashboard and are also sent by email.

Can I retake the quiz?

Yes. The current rules require an 80% passing score, allow 3 failed attempts in a row, and then apply a 24 hour cooldown before you can try again.

How do I get support?

Use the support page and include your account email, course title, and a short description of the issue. Launch-period support is handled through that web form so the inbox stays private.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits do not expire in the current launch model.
