How do I get to my courses after I buy?
Log into your learner account. That is where your credits, courses, progress, quizzes, and certificates live.
How do credits work?
One hour works like one credit. Buy the number of hours you need, then spend those credits course by course when you unlock quiz access.
Is a 15-hour purchase every course in the library?
No. It is a wallet package. The live library can contain more than 15 total contact hours, so choose the courses that fit your renewal path.
Can I look at courses before I pay?
Yes. You can read the course pages first. I would do that if I wanted to make sure the topics fit my renewal.
What happens when I spend credits?
Credits unlock quiz access for the course. The course information stays visible, but the quiz is the paid part.
What does finishing a course look like?
Open the course, work through the material, take the quiz, and pass it. After that, your certificate is available in your account.
When do I get my certificate?
After you finish the required course steps and pass the final quiz. It stays in your account so you can find it again later.
How do I check my state requirements?
Use the lookup before you buy if you are not sure how many hours you need. It is there to help you make the purchase decision calmly.
Do you report completions for me?
Do not count on automatic reporting unless your state or the course page clearly says so. Keep your certificate and follow your board instructions.
How do refunds work?
Start with support. We can review duplicate charges, quick accidental purchases with little or no course use, and technical issues that kept you from using the course. Once a course is mostly used, completed, or a certificate is issued, refunds are usually not available.
What happens if a refund is approved?
If money is returned, course access or certificates may need to be adjusted too. That keeps the billing and completion record clean.
What if I cannot open a course I paid for?
Use the support form and include the email you used to buy. That helps us find the right account and check access, billing, completion, and certificate details.
How are my completion records handled?
Your account keeps the basics: purchases, quiz attempts, completed courses, and certificates. That way support can help and you can get back to your records later.
